F1 Academy, now in its second season, has announced an ambitious global calendar for 2024, emphasizing its commitment to promoting women in motorsport. In a significant move, four out of the seven rounds will be held in the vibrant and diverse Asia region, underlining the series’ dedication to fostering talent on a global scale.

The 2024 season will kick off in Saudi Arabia in March, setting the stage for an exhilarating journey that includes events in Miami, Barcelona, Zandvoort, Singapore, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi. This expanded reach into Asia, with races in Singapore and Qatar, showcases the F1 Academy’s determination to inspire and support female racers in the heart of the motorsport community.

F1 Academy 2024 Calendar:

  • March 7-9: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
  • May 3-5: Miami, United States
  • June 21-23: Barcelona, Spain
  • August 23-25: Zandvoort, Netherlands
  • September 20-22: Marina Bay, Singapore
  • November 29-December 1: Lusail, Qatar
  • December 6-8: Yas Marina, Abu Dhabi

F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali expressed his excitement, stating, “It is fantastic to welcome the F1 Academy to seven rounds of the F1 calendar next year. This global platform, supported by all 10 F1 teams, will elevate the series, enabling drivers to hone their skills on renowned F1 tracks and inspiring young girls worldwide to pursue a future in motorsport.”

Managing director Susie Wolff added, “This calendar underscores our ambition to become a truly global series, expanding our reach and enhancing visibility for our mission. By racing alongside F1, we aim to inspire young girls and women across the globe, showing them that there’s a place for them in our sport.”

The F1 Academy’s dedication to diversity and inclusivity is further highlighted by the participation of talented Asian drivers, including sisters Hamda and Amna Al Qubaisi from the UAE, as well as Bianca Bustamante from the Philippines, among others.

In addition to the race calendar, the F1 Academy will also introduce an extensive official testing calendar, the details of which will be announced soon.
